Whether customer service is improved on the basis of customer satisfaction surveys, whether products or websites are optimised on the basis of handling tests, whether the sales opportunities of a new product raise hopes for the future or represent a high risk for the company, how advertising advertises successfully or how employees in the company can be more motivated: market research provides answers to all these questions.
