Personal data provided by you in the interview will be treated confidentially and will only be made available to our client in a statistically summarised manner. Conclusions about you as a person or, in the case of company surveys, about your company are excluded. rc thus guarantees the anonymity of persons and companies participating in our surveys. All information you provide is voluntary.

Your details will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purpose for the anonymous, summarised evaluation of market research studies. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes. At no time will we pass on contact information about you or your company to third parties.

The data collected in the survey is recorded in our data processing system and stored for evaluation. Your contact data will be stored during the evaluation period for control purposes and deleted after the evaluation.

When you visit the rc website, no personal data is collected or stored unless you explicitly enter it in contact forms for direct contact with rc. The data entered there will be used exclusively for this purpose and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

The websites used by rc work with state-of-the-art encryption technologies in order to protect the data from external access by third parties. If you participate in an rc survey, you will receive an individual survey URL from us. The answers you enter during the survey cannot be viewed or changed by any other person at any time unless you give this URL to another person.

You have the right to information, correction, restriction of processing, erasure, disclosure, data transferability and opposition of your data. rc works with the survey software from Ifad GmbH. When using our survey environment the following has to be observed:

1. Collection and storage of personal data and the form and purpose of its use when visiting our website
   When accessing our website www.iqsn.de / www.survey.r-c-online.com, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser that is running on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called logfile. The following information is collected without any action on your part and is stored until its automatic deletion:

   • Name and URL of the accessed file,
   • Website from which the access was referred (Referrer URL),
